Axion Tuffcrete Polymer (20L)

Description

Axion Tuffcrete and Tuffcrete Liquid polymer combo is 100% waterproof, fireproof, anti-fungal, damp-proof and prevents capillary actions, and can be used for casting foundations to prevent building collapse, premium quality plastering on walls with no pores for algae to grow. It is also suitable for the construction of concrete roads, swimming pools, water treatment tanks, sewage tanks, oil and gas pipelines and gas stations.

APPLICATION GUIDE

1. For Screed Plastering

Dilute 1L Polymer : 20L water

Mix Proportions

1/2 bag of Cement (25kg)

Tuffcrete Powder (10kg)

10 Head-pans of Sand: 5 Head-pans of Plaster sand and 5Headpans of Sharp sand

Mix with 20L of Diluted Polymer.

Mix Instructions

Ensure homogeneous mix

Coverage: 10m² coverage. More coverage than 50kg conventional Cement plastering.

Result

Screed and smooth walls, Solid walls, 100% waterproof and fireproof, Zero algae growth, No capillary action, less paint

2. Casting 100% waterproof Concrete Slabs, Roads, Swimming, decks, columns, Floors etc.

10kg Tuffcrete Powder : 50kg Cement

Dilute 1L Polymer: 20L water

Use your normal 1:2:4 designs or 1:4:2 Axion Lightweight concrete designs.

Ensure a homogeneous mix of the concrete to have the best result.
